A gentle, loving session suitable for all levels of experience. With a mix of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, we will focus on meditative breath and awareness of the body. We will take the time to enter and exit each pose mindfully and to rest, restore and re-center throughout the practice. Correct posture, strength and flexibility will be cultivated to deepen your practice.
The sessions will take place in our beautiful hall overlooking the dam. Weather permitted, we may go onto the veranda for our practice. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. For maximum benefit, it is best not to have eaten 2 hours before the session, and to make sure that you’re well hydrated.
You are warmly welcome to hang around after the class to enjoy the frogs singing in the dam and chat about life!
